Little did the world acknowledge, mental health problems are more common than we ever presumed and too have befallen many of whom we may not even realize despite coming into frequent contact with them. Though symptoms of mental illness vary depending on individuals, few common symptoms including but not limited to prolonged sadness, excessive fears or worries, intense feelings of guilt, rapid mood shifts, withdrawal from surroundings and activities in which they are typically fond of, so on and so forth.
